Dr. Puleo graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Rochester
Strong Memorial Hospital. Dr. Puleo’s fellowship training in cardiology was completed at the University of South Florida Medical Center, where he
served as Chief Cardiology Fellow. Dr. Puleo is board certified in Cardiology and Nuclear Cardiology and is a registered vascular interpreter. He
is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a speaker in the field of heart disease. Dr. Puleo has published extensively in numerous
peer-reviewed medical journals. He has been practicing cardiology in Sarasota for the last 27 years and is on the staff at Sarasota Memorial
Hospital and Doctor’s Hospital.
